Who can benefit from restorative practices training?

Restorative practices are a commitment to changing the culture and climate in our communities, workplaces and families. They require that we examine the many ways we have all learned to be reactive, punitive and focused on shame and blame. This cultural conditioning leads to individualism, perfection and disconnection from each other and the natural world. Understanding the value of community and relationship building is essential to understanding the foundation of restorative practices.
